No, we are not a credit agency.

We are an information sharing community, not a debt collection agency. We are classified as a “Special Credit Bureau” and still have to follow FCRA guidlines and compliances on FCRA information.  However, we believe those posted on the “List” will want the matter resolved. For disputes we have a 3 step dispute resolution process. Step 1: online communication platform which includs document uploads, if this does not work than either party can escalate to, Step 2: KYC resolution process, and if that process does not work then, Step 3: this process is escalated to the BBB Cleveland for binding arbitration/mediation.
